1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
2. How to Exchange an Item
To exchange an item, follow these steps:

- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during the return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Follow the return instructions provided by our team and send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Timeline: Once the exchange product reaches us, you will receive the exchanged item within 3–4 days.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Any items marked as non-returnable and non-refundable in their product description.
